What we collect

When you ask for a quote, book online or text us, we collect what you give us: your name, cell phone, email, the address or ZIP code of the home, details about the home and the cleaning you want, and any notes such as a door code.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, schedule your visits, send you texts about your booking and your cleanings, and take payment after each visit.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

The tools we use

Client records, quotes and visits are kept in Jobber, our scheduling software. Text messages are sent and received through Quo, our business phone service.

Our online quote calculates prices from our fixed price table and reads the real schedule to show open days. Nothing is booked until our team confirms it by text.

An AI assistant helps us read incoming text messages so we can answer faster. It never sets prices, dates or times; those come from our price table and our schedule, and a person from our team reviews bookings.

We only text you about your quote, booking and cleanings after you agree to it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Security

This website has no accounts or passwords, and it does not take or store payment details. We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
